Cumberland County Hotels Announce Updates, Awards

The Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville/Fort Bragg received the prestigious 2016 Travelers’ Award from Trip Advisor for service. The property was ranked 20th in the United States for service they provide their guests.   Travelers’ Choice award winners were determined based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travelers worldwide.

The Econo Lodge Fayetteville was awarded a 2016 Gold Award from Choice Hotels International. Gold Award winners rank in the top 10% of the hotels within the choice brand. These properties receive high marks for providing exceptional guest services and facilities. Awards are based on a ranking system measuring guest satisfaction, product quality, room condition, room cleanliness and staff service.

Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville-Fort Bragg has achieved a Gold Level Green Leaders ranking from Trip Advisor.  Trip Advisor recognizes four levels of green leaders, with gold being the second highest level.   Trip Advisors’ Green Leaders are committed to sustainability practices.

Home2Suites by Hilton Fayetteville was recognized for having the Highest Extended Stay Occupancy at the Home2L Leadership Conference.

Hampton Inn Cross Creek –This property recently received a White Glove Award for achieving a 94 on their Quality Assurance Inspection.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott– Fayetteville Cross Creek now provides a complimentary hot continental breakfast.

The former Holiday Inn & Suites in Spring Lake is now operating as aCountry Inn & Suites by Carlson, Fayetteville-Fort Bragg.  The hotel is located off Highways 87 and 24/27 at 103 Brook Lane in Spring Lake. The hotel offers 85 guests rooms with a variety of suites and configurations.
